POLICIES

(Please read all the information before booking, as you will be agreeing to the policy upon booking)

Once your appointment is scheduled it will be considered that you have read and agreed to the policy for Bella Lash & Beauty and confirmed that you are not allergic to cyanocrylate.

*Cancelation Policy: we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when canceling/rescheduling appointments. No shows or last minute cancellations will be charged a non-refundable $30 fee. This fee must be paid before you can rebook a future appointment.

*To maintain the quality of your custom sets, fills must be booked every 2- 3 weeks with at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining at the time of your appointment. Any appointment booked after 4 weeks, or with less than 50% retention, will be charged as a Full Set.

*There is 10 minutes grace period for appointments. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment a fee of $20 will be added at check out. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

*Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance, or they will be automatically cancelled.

*There will be no refunds, no exceptions. Allergic reactions are rare and unfortunate, but out of our control. If you experience a reaction please consult with your doctor.

*No extra guests allowed.

*If you present cold symptoms, please do not book.

*Please come in with clean lashes. Your lashes are always cleaned with every service, however if there is a build-up of any kind there will be a $10 upcharge for extra cleaning.

*There must be over 40% of lashes remmaining to be a fill. If there are less than 40% remaining, you will be informed and charged for a full set.
